Operating materials
Unsuitable operating materials
Operating materials that do not meet the requirements of the manufacturer can impair the operational reliability of the
machine and cause accidents.

Only use operating materials that meet the requirements of the manufacturer.
See Section 4.4
.
Environmental protection and disposal
Operating materials such as hydraulic oil or gearbox oil can have harmful consequences for human health and the
environment.
➢
Do not allow the operating materials to escape into the environment.
➢
Pour the operating materials into a liquid-tight container specially labelled for this purpose and dispose of them in
line with official regulations.
➢
Soak up expired operating materials using absorbent material, pour them into a liquid-tight container specially
labelled for this purpose and dispose of them in line with official regulations.

Potential hazards at the machine
Noise can lead to health problems
The noise generated by the machine while in operation can lead
to health conditions such as hearing impairment, deafness or
tinnitus. When using the machine at high speed, the noise level
is also increased.
➢
Before commissioning the machine, first assess the
danger posed by noise. Specify and use suitable
hearing protection based on the environmental
conditions, working times and work/operating
conditions of the machine.
➢
Specify a regulation for the use of hearing protection
and for the duration of work.
