6.0. Maintenance
6.7. V-belt
The V-belt tension must be
checked after a short run-in
period (approx. 30 mins.) and
retensioned if necessary.
The V-belts must be regularly
checked for damage.
In the event of damage, the V-
belts must be replaced as a
complete set. Never replace a
single V-belt from a set because
the lengths of V-belts in a set
vary slightly.
1.
Remove guard panel.
2.
Release the four securing
screws (A) for moving the
plate.
3.
Release nut (B)
4.
Screw (C) can be used to move
the clamping unit (screw-down
plate with belt pulley).
5.
Tighten nut (B) to secure the
setting.
6.
Tighten the securing screws
(A) on the plate.
7.
Mount guard panel.
If belt tension is too high, this
has a negative influence on the
service life of the bearing and
belt clamping screws
