Hearing aid with a custom ear-tip
Cleaning
The following cleaning accessories are available for
your hearing aid and ear-set:
1 . Small brush
2 . Soft cloth
3 . Wax removing tool
Contact your hearing care professional if you need ad-
ditional supplies of cleaning accessories.

Cleaning the ear-set
Make sure that your ear-set is clean and free of earwax
and moisture.
Never
use alcohol or other cleaning solu-
tions to clean the ear-set.
Important
: The custom ear-tip, in which the receiver is
placed, must never come into contact with water.
If dirt has gathered on the cus-
tom ear-tip, use the small brush
(no. 1) to remove it. You can also
clean the outside of the ear-tip
with the soft cloth (no.2).
If your custom ear-tip is provid-
ed with a vent, use the wax re-
moving tool (no. 3) to clean the
vent.
Cleaning the earwire
Never
clean the earwire with
water or cleaning solutions. In-
stead, clean the earwire with
the soft cloth (no. 2) after use.
