incorrect posi-

Check the position of
both mode switches.
The FM shoe is
not correctly con-
nected.
Make sure that a
“click” is felt when you
connect the shoe to the
hearing aid. The shoe
must have contact
with all of the hearing
aid’s contact points.
The hearing aid’s
contact points
are not clean.
Clean the contact
points with a soft
cloth.
