Installation Instruction

Unpacking

All transit bolts and packing must be removed before using
the appliance. You are advised to keep all transit devices
so that they can be refi tted if the appliance ever has to be
transported again.
1. After removing all the packaging, carefully lay the appliance

on its left side. Use a rug, blanket or piece of cardboard to
protect the fl oor.

2. With a suitable spanner unscrew and remove the following

from the bottom and rear of the appliance:
• shipping bolt
• plastic spacers
•  wire clip securing drain hose end

3. Carefully return the appliance to an upright position.

Positioning

Install the appliance on a fl at hard fl oor. Make sure that air
circulation around the appliance is not impeded by carpets,
rugs etc. Check that the appliance does not touch the wall or
other kitchen units. Level the appliance by raising or lowering
the feet. The feet may be tight to adjust as they incorporate a
self locking nut, but the appliance MUST be level and stable.
Any necessary adjustment can be made with a spanner.

The

feet must never be removed.

Accurate levelling prevents vibration, noise and displacement
of the appliance during operation.
Never place cardboard, wood
or similar materials under the
appliance to compensate for any
unevenness in the fl oor.

If necessary, check the setting
with a spirit level. Improper instal-
lation could cause an increase
of vibration and noise, especially
during spinning phases.

IMPORTANT!

Do NOT remove plastic clip securing the drain hose.
