2) FRYING PAN
The pan allows you to grill, cook, fry and reheat other kinds of food like fish, meat, vegetables,
eggs (omelettes).
You can use it as a traditional pan without closing the lid and with lower heating element only.
Even if the pan is with non-stick coating, it is advised to oil a little before putting food inside.
The pan is equipped with 2 heat resistant handles but before removing it, wait for complete
cooling.

- Unplug the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning it.
- Clean the appliance with a soft damp.
- Do not use detergent to clean the cooking base.
- Do not use cold water to clean the refractory stone when it is still hot : the thermal shock might
crack it.
- If there are some ingredient remaining on the stone after use, use a dry cloth or a spatula or a
knife blade to remove them.
It is normal for the refractory stone to become dark with use.
