Heater
8. Remove two (2) fixing screws of the heater.
9. Disconnect the connector and remove the heater.
PTC Heater Fan
1. Complete the steps 1-7 from Air-Duct Panels A, B, and C
removal instructions.
2. Remove the four (4) screws securing the fan.
3. Remove the fan cover and PTC heater fan.

Ƀ Engineering Model Numbers with R134a gas - Follow normal
sealed system purging, capturing, brazing and charging
procedures for models: WUW35X15DS01, WUW35X24DS01,
WUW55X15DS01, WUW55X24DS01, WUW55X15HS00, and
WUW55X24HS00.

Engineering Model Numbers with R600a gas (new
compressor and PCB) - Follow R600a sealed system purging,
capturing, lokring, and charging procedures outlined in
Service Manual W11105483 for models: WUW35X15DS02,
WUW35X24DS02, WUW55X15HS01, and WUW55X24HS01.
Evaporator
1. Complete the steps 1-7 from Air-Duct Panels A, B, and C
removal instructions.
2. Remove the evaporator.
Evaporator Fans under the Air-Duct Panel B
1. Complete the steps 1-2 from Air-Duct Panel B removal
instructions.
2. Disconnect the fan connectors.
3. Pull the evaporator fan upwards and remove.
