C – Assembling the Clean Back
By rivets:
Put the Clean Back, aligning the upper right hole with the cabinet's hole,
and using a manual riveting machine, fasten this point first.
Then repeat process for all remaining points. For this operation use pop
rivets with 3.2 x 5.8 mm (diameter x length) dimension.
By screws:
When a riveting machine is not available, self tapping screws can be used .
Attention:
Don't use a too large screw (on length) to avoid drilling the heating tube as
mentioned earlier.
Tight screws slowly to avoid damaging back flange. If so, take a bigger screw (in
diameter) and repeat process.
7 – REVERSE DOOR SWING (OPTIONAL):
These refrigerators are factory assembled with the door opening toward the right side (hinges and bushings
located on the right side, when facing the product).
For this models, the reverse door to the left side, is not required to change the Doors anymore, just needs
to change Bushings (Stop and Clicking) and Centre left-hand Hinge.
To revert the door opening, do as follows:
1)
Remove the upper hinge cover
2)
Remove the Kick Plate (Inferior Panel)
3)
Using a medium screwdriver, remove the display, interface board and console panel
