Removing the Control and User Interface
Component Access (continued)
1. Unplug air conditioner or disconnect power.
2. Remove filter frame assembly and filter,
(see "Removing Front Panel").
3. Remove 4 screws that secure the electrical
box cover, (see figure 1).
4. Remove connectors and replace board,
(see figure 3).

To remove the User Interface:
1. Unplug air conditioner or disconnect power.
2. Remove front panel, (see "Removing Front Panel").
3. Remove 5 screws that secure the user
interface to the cover, (see figure 4).

4. Squeeze the sides of the air outlet
assembly and remove, (figure 5).
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electric shock.
