Don’t block the combustion air flow and the vents around the borders or the burner grates.
Don’t cover your range with aluminum foil or other material that could affect the performance of
your range.

Power Shutdown
In case of an extended power shutdown, the burners can be turned on manually.
Light up a match and hold it close from the burner that you want to use, turn the knob left to Hi
position. After the burner is on, set the knob to the desired setting.
Cooktop Burners
Your range is equipped with cooktop burners. To better understand how to use the cooktop
burners, the different types and how to adjust them please see page 5.
Cap of standard Burner
Always keep the burner cap when using the cooktop burners.
The clean cap over the burner will help to ignite the burner correctly and keep the flame uniform.
Always keep the burner cap clean after spilling any liquids and periodically remove and clean the
burner caps as indicated on the section “Range Care”, “Cooktop Burners”.
Opening on gas line
The gas should flow freely through the line gas opening for the burner to turn on correctly.
Keep this zone free of dirt and debris, avoid the entrance of spills, food, cleaning products or any
other materials. Always use the burner caps to protect the gas line from liquid spills.
