2.6 MODIFYING TEMPERATURE AND / OR TIME DURING THE PROCESS
Recommended temperature for programming the MeatControl Thermometer
To modify the temperature and time during a process
1. Press the temperature button and adjust the new
temperature by pressing the + and - keys.
2. Press the START key to confirm the new
temperature.
To modify the time:
1. Press the Timer / Clock button. The standard time
“00:00” will appear on the screen.
2. Press the + and - buttons to increase or decrease
the timer time.
3. Press the START key to start counting the time
again.
Important:
•
When the pre-set temperature of the food is reached, an audible signal will be emitted and
the message “PROBE CYCLE FINISHED” will appear on the display.
•
To interrupt the process at any time, press the CANCEL button.
•
The grilling mode needs to be switched off by pressing CANCEL after the end of the
MeatControl thermometer function.
•
At the end of the roast, always disconnect the plug of the MeatControl thermometer from
the oven, wash the accessory with a non-abrasive sponge and neutral soap. Dry and keep
it out of your oven.
•
While the MeatControl thermometer is connected in the oven, the message
“THERMOMETER CONNECTED” will appear on the screen.
•
At the end of the roast, the thermometer will be hot and should be handled with the help of
a glove.
•
When the MeatControl Thermometer is disconnected from the product, an audible signal
will be emitted, the oven will be disconnected automatically and the screen will show the
time again or it will be off, depending on the configuration you chose.
Note: The indications in the table serve only as a guide. Do not use the thermometer in frozen
meats.
ATTENTION
For the safe consumption of meats, the minimum internal temperature of 70°C is recommended
in all parts
Important:
•
If the new process does not end by pressing the START key, or if there was a delay to
confirm the action, the new configuration will be disregarded by the product and the
previous process will continue normally.
•
To interrupt the process at any time, press the CANCEL key. By pressing the CANCEL key,
the oven will turn off automatically and the screen will show the time again or it will be off,
depending on the configuration you chose.
