FAILURE CODES

In case of a malfunction of the dryer, one the following failure codes could be displayed. 
Depending on the model of your dryer, the failure can be displayed in letters or by different 
blinking lamps.

Turn OFF the dryer. Unplug the dryer. 
Assure that the ambient temperature is 
between 5°C and 35°C. Wait for 1 hour. 
Plug the dryer again and restart the dryer. 
If the failure occurs again, please call the 
After-Sales Service.

F10 – F24

Turn OFF the dryer. Unplug the dryer. Wait 
for 30 minutes. Plug the dryer again and 
restart the dryer. If the failure occurs again, 
please call the After-Sales Service.

Start lamp is blinking 2 times per second when it is 
pressed

Assure that the door is correctly closed 
and bottom filter correctly positioned.

Bottom filter lamp is blinking or door filter lamp is 
blinking 2 times per second when Start (Pause) button 
is pressed

Assure that the bottom filter is correctly 
positioned.
