Check the capacitor with the
multimeter in continuity mode.
The meter should first read ohms
and gradually the needle should
swing back to infinity Ohms. It
indicates a good capacitor and
any thing other than this is
defective.
Replace the
capacitor

Wash Motor
Does not run
Check the winding resistance
using a multimeter between wires
BLACK & BLUE 37.6 Ohms
approx. BLACK & YELLOW 42.6
Ohms. If the resistances are not
as per the given value it could be
short or open
Replace the
wash motor
