Front Caster to Seat Frame Assembly 

Use the same procedure for both front caster assemblies. 

 

             

 

Remove hitch pin from bearing housing - slide caster                Reinstall hitch pin into bearing housing – ensure pin    

into housing.

Rear Axle to Backrest Frame Assembly 

 

   

 

Position rear axle and seat frame as shown.  Ensure           Insert axle into frame clevis points and install latch pins.

Seat Frame to Backrest Assembly   

         

    

 

Position seat frame onto backrest frame as shown. 

    Align holes and install four latch pins.
