Assembly Instructions
7.
Layout the Mattress Support Slats (part D) into the slots in the Back and Front Side
Rails (part C &CC), Make sure that every slot has a slat. As shown in detail #3.
8.
Screw in each end of the slats using the 1” Screws (part P) through the pre-drilled
holes in the slat, as shown in detail #3.
9.
Align one Front/Back Bottom Panel (part H) with the Middle Bottom Panel (part I)
and then at the other side the other Front/Back Bottom Panel (part H). Make sure
that the Middle Bottom Panel (part I) is placed in a proper position. See detail #4.
10.
Before placing the Support Stretchers (part J) on top of the Bottom Panels, make sure
that the 3 sections are snug and even, then proceed to screw with six 1” Screws (part P).

Repeat with the other Support Stretcher at the other side.
Note: Do not tighten all bolts until all parts are assembled, this will make it easier to
align the brackets with the insert nuts.
12.
Install the Drawer Back Panel (part EE) by inserting the bottom of the Trundle into
the groove of the Back Panel. Secure by screwing four 1/2” Bolts (part O) through the
metal bracket and into the metal insert nut.
Note: Do not tighten.

13.
Pick up one Side Panel (part F) and insert two Wood Dowels (part S) at each end of
the Side Panel. Proceed to secure the Side Panel to the Back Panel (part EE) with one
1/2" Bolt (part O). Use the Allen Wrench to secure. Make sure that the two wooden
dowels on the ends of the Side Panel are fully inserted into the holes of the Drawer
Back Panel (part EE). See Detail #4A.
14.
Repeat step #13 to secure the other Drawer Side Panel (part F) at the other side. See
detail #4A.
15.
Install the Drawer Front Panel (part E) by inserting the base into the groove on the
back of the Front Panel; make sure that the two wooden dowels on the ends of the
Side Panels are fully inserted into the holes of the Drawer Front Panel (part E). See
detail #4.
16.
Secure the Drawer Front Panel (part E) by screwing with the 1/2" Bolts (part O)
through the bracket into the insert nut.
Now fully tighten all bolts
