Assembly Instructions
1.
Unpack the unit and confirm you have all the hardware and parts required.
2.
First attach the HB/FB Top Molding (Part AB) to the top of the Headboard and
Footboard (part A & B). Insert the Wood Dowel (part S) into each top hole of
Headboard and Footboard post, using the wood dowels as guide insert four 3” Bolts
(part T) through the Small Flat Washers (part UU) through the pre-drilled holes into
the threaded inserts located on the Top Molding. Make sure the Headboard and
Footboard go all the way into the slot of the Top Molding (part AB), See detail #1.

Insert two Barrel Nuts (part M) into each end of the Back Side Rail (part C). Be sure
that the long slot on the Barrel Nut is facing out and that the long groove is parallel to
the Rail towards the end of the Side Rail.
4.
Bolt the Back Side Rail (part C) to the Footboard (part B); by inserting two 4" Bolts
(part L) through the holes in the post of the Footboard and into the Barrel Nut (part
M) in the Back Side Rail. As shown in detail #2.
NOTE: MAKE SURE THAT THE SOLID TRIM ATTACHED TO THE SIDE RAILS
IS POINTING TOWARD THE INSIDE OF THE BED.
5.
Repeat last step to attach the other end of the Side Rail to the Headboard (part A).
6.
Follow steps 3 through 5 to attach the Front Side Rail (part CC) to the Headboard
and Footboard (part A & B). As shown in detail #2.
