operation of a WF30T machine. It may be
carried out either in a classroom or at a
workshop.
A classroom presentation would require
slides or a video showing the parts and
sequence of operations.
A hands-on tutorial using a WF30T
machine to illustrate your description would
be an easier alternative, but would limit the
number of trainees.

Controls
Description
5 minutes
This lesson familiarizes trainees with the
controls of the WF30T.
It is ideally carried out in a hands-on
tutorial where the controls of the machine
may be demonstrated directly. However, a
classroom presentation is not a bad option
if there are a large number of trainees.

3 Safety 5 minutes
This classroom presentation teaches
trainees the safety features and
precautions they have to take while
operating the machine.
Use a flipchart or transparency slides to
present the information.
Refer to Section 1:
‘Safety’
, and read and
obey the ‘Safety’ sections at the start of
chapters 6 through 10 for reference.
