The tilt packing station will immediately move into the tilted position when first
pressurized from an air supply if the position of the red emergency stop button is in the
operating position (UP).
Pushing the green “TILT UP” button will put the machine in the upright position. If the tilt packing
station is in the upright position, press the discharge release switch (O) (normally activated by the carton
passing out of the machine) to tilt the machine to the loading position.
Switching the manual override switch from fixed upright to automatic tilting mode will
also cause the station to immediately tilt into the side loading position.

TARTING THE

Prior to starting, hand swing all moving parts to check adjustment and for any mechanical interference.
Turn on main supply valve; keeping hands clear of moving parts. When ready, turn the red stop button
and release it into the “up” position.

1. Open a case so that it is fairly square.
2. Place the open bottom into the tilted BEL 507, pushing the box all the way down to the floor
switches.
