Using
The 230 V charger with USB port and additional socket
has been designed for power supplying and charging most
of the common mobile phones, MP3 players, etc. The
additional power socket (3) can be used even when a
USB device is connected for charging.
1. Plug the power plug (2) into an earthed power socket
according to regulations. The status LED (4) shines red.
2. Put your USB device into the corresponding pocket (1).
3. Connect the USB adaptor cable (not included), that
corresponds to your USB device, with the USB interface
(5) and with your USB device. The USB device is now
powered with 5 V
(max. 500 mA) voltage; respec-
tively charging begins.
4. The charging process of your USB device (mobile
phone, etc.) is completed when a message appears on
the display of the USB device or when the charging
state indicator of the USB device indicates this status
accordingly. Then remove the USB adaptor cable from
the USB interface (5).
Notes:
The charging electronics of the USB device determines
the charging process.
Not all USB devices or mobile phones are compatible to
the charger with USB port and additional socket.
Always pay attention to the notes in the USB device’s or
mobile phone’s instruction manual regarding charging
the battery.
