Using
The initial setting displays the measuring units foot and inch. The first digit
stands for the measuring unit foot and the second digit for the unit inch.
Decide if you want to use
inch
or
cm
and press the shift key
in/cm
( ).
Using
1. Set the measuring unit to
cm
by pressing the shift key
in/cm
(3) four
times.
2. Hook the hook of the tape on the object you want to measure and pull
the housing along the object.
3. On the display you will read the measured distance. If necessary, lock
the tape by pressing the tape lock button (7) firmly down. The tape will
lock in this position.
4. To retract the tape, press the tape retract button (8) down.
