3.9.2 Seat Belt
The lap/shoulder belt should be used at all times
when the vehicle is in motion.
To fasten seat belt:
1.
Grasp the buckle end and tongue plate.
2.
Slowly pull out the tongue plate section.
3.
Insert the tongue plate into the open end of the
buckle. A noticeable click will indicate the seat
belt is securely locked.
To unfasten seat belt:
1.
Push button on buckle end to release.
2.
The tongue end will automatically return to its
resting position alongside of seat.
WARNING:
To help decrease the possibility or severity
of injury in sudden stops and accidents, buckle up at all
times when using your vehicle. Position the belt low on
the hips and make sure it always is snug. Use the seat
belt at all times when the vehicle is in operation.
