Using this Product
Display based on the Radio Law and the Telecom-
munications Business Law
This product complies with the rules concerning the Technical Regulations Conformity
Certification, etc. of Specified Radio Equipment based on the Radio Law and the rules
concerning the Technical Conditions Compliance Approval, etc. of Terminal Equipment
based on the Telecommunications Business Law. As proof of this, the "Technical Con-
formity Mark" is provided on the main unit (NBC).
If this product is modified, the Technical Regulations Conformity Certification, etc. will
become invalid. If you use it in that state, it will violate the Radio Law and the Tele
-
communications Business Law, therefore, do not modify this product. When using this
product overseas, please check the conditions such as the laws and regulations of
that country or region.
GPS function
• Be careful when using the GPS system. Please note that we are not responsible for
any damage caused by a system abnormality.
• Please note that we are not responsible for pure economic damage such as dam-
age caused by missing the opportunity to check the positioning (communication)
result due to external factors (including a dead battery) such as a failure, malfunc-
tion, abnormality, or power failure of this product.
• This product cannot be used as a navigation device for aircraft, vehicles, people,
etc. Therefore, please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage caused
by navigation using location information.
• This product cannot be used as a high-precision surveying GPS. Therefore, please
be aware that we are not responsible for any damage caused by position errors.
• The Satellite Positioning System (GPS) is built and operated by the US Department
of Defense. The ministry is in charge of system accuracy and maintenance. There-
fore, any changes made by the ministry may affect the accuracy and functionality of
the GPS system.
• Wireless communication products (such as mobile phones and data detectors) can
interfere with satellite signals, which may cause unstable signal reception.
• Depending on the legal system of each country or region, the display on the map
based on the acquired location information (latitude/longitude information) may not
be accurate.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any location-based service, not limited to navi-
gation services.
