Is the power of the soft starter matched to that of the motor?
Does the insulation of the motor meet the requirement?
Is the wiring of power and line right?
Do all the nut screw tightly
Does bypass contactor connect correctly?
Measure the input power (R\S\T) using multimeter, Check whether
there is short circuit.

Power on and trial running
11.2 Power on and trial running
When power is on, system enter READY state, rdy shows on the
keyboard (If what shows on the keyboard is not right, see the chapter
"Fault explanation and solutions")

If what shows on the keyboard is right, jogging can be used to judge
whether three-phase output current is balance. The operation show as
follows:
Set the start mode to , and the control mode to .
Press key, check whether the 3-phase current is balance using
current measure meter (at this time, because the voltage is too low,
the motor may not rotate. It is normal)
If above test result is normal, user can operate the soft starter to
start and stop the motor as normal. Press key to start motor,
after the start sequence complete, the bypass contactor came into
work automatically. Shows on the keyboard. The motor enter
normal running state, Press key to stop the motor.

shock.
At the course of trial running, any abnormal phenomenon is fond, such
as: Abnormal sound, Smoking or abnormal smell, user should cut off
the power immediately.

output power connections. This is inductive voltage. This is normal
phenomenon. When the motor is connected to the output power
connections, this inductive voltage disappears immediately.

the correspond parameter such as starting mode, current, voltage and
time etc.
