Important information:
Insert the barbeque fork into the meat only briefly to measure
the temperature. The barbeque fork is not intended for lon-
ger-term placement in the meat.
Always insert the measuring tip of the barbeque fork into the
thickest part of the meat. The thinner parts of the meat are
always cooked quicker and do not reflect the exact cooking
status of the meat.
When you insert the measuring tip into the meat, then avoid
fatty parts or gristle and bones.
Cleaning and care:
The barbeque fork with temperature display is not suitable
for the dishwasher due to its electronic components. Clean
the tips of the barbeque fork prior to initial use using water
and detergent.
Please observe the hygienic handling of foods and clean the
tips of the barbeque fork after each measuring procedure
with water and detergent, in particular if you are preparing
different types of meat.
Take care when cleaning that the electronic components do
not come into contact with water.
