Make sure to disconnect appliance from power supply before cleaning
1. Dismantle all detachable parts. Dissemble the jar from the motor unit and clean
the jar with soapy water and mild dish detergent.
2. Carefully, detach the blade assembly from the jar assembly. Turn the jar upside
down and rotate the blade assembly clockwise until it is free from the tabs
holding it in place. Lift the blade assembly straight up away from the jar and
remove the clear jar base seal ring surrounding the blade assembly.
3. Detach the measuring cup from the jar cover.
4. Rinse the jar, blade, jar base, jar cover and measuring cup under running water.
5. Wipe the outer surface of the base motor unit with a damp cloth.
CAUTION: Do NOT use abrasive cleaner or immerse motor unit in water or any
other liquid for cleaning.
6. Dry all parts and the reassemble in the opposite way that you took them apart.
CAUTION: Never attempt to disassemble the base motor unit. There are no
serviceable parts inside. Contact customer service for further
assistance.
