Filter Maintenance and Replacement
* The filters cleaning and replacement cycle may vary depending on the operating environment.
** If the HEPA Filter has not been replaced periodically or it has been damaged, and the surface of
the NCCO Reactor is covered with dust or oily substances after disassembling, the removal capacity
of the NCCO Reactor may be badly reduced and should be replaced.

Appliance Re-Set Procedure:
After filter or reactor replacment the appliance may need to be re-set. Please follow the steps below:
1. When ‘HP’ displays on Display Screen, turn off unit and long press the ON / OFF Button for
10 seconds until hearing a ‘Da’ sound. Then, press the Air Speed Reduce Button. ‘HF’ displays on
Display Screen for 3 seconds indicating that the unit has automatically exited the Test Mode.
User can turn on unit to operate it again.
2. When ‘nC’ displays on Display Screen, turn off unit and long press the ON / OFF Button for
10 seconds until hearing a ‘Da’ sound. Then, press the Air Speed Increase Button. ‘nF’ displays at
Display Screen for 3 seconds indicating that the unit has automatically exited the Test Mode.
User can turn on unit to operate it again.
Filter and Reactor Replacment:
1.
Before disassembling the unit, disconnect the power supply. It is recommended to clean Pre-filter.
2. Filter lifetime will vary depending on the environment, amount of usage and location of the unit.
To maintain optimal operating condition of the unit, only use the recommended filter.
3. The Default operation time of HEPA Filter is 3,000 hours. Once the default time has been reached,
‘HP’ displays at Display Screen and all indicators flicker;
4. The Default operation time of NCCO Reactor is 11,000 hours. the default time has been reached,
reached ‘nC’ displays at Display Screen and all indicators flicker. The NCCO Reactor is designed for
long term use, this alert is a reminder to clean the machine, Reactor change may not be required.
5. When the NCCO Reactor needs to be replaced, it is also recommended to replace the HEPA Filter.
