Assembling
4. Insert the plastic sleeves (part no. 8) on the
both clamps and slide the metal rod (part no.
9) through the clamps. Insert the assembled
metal rod into the axis base on the base
plate. To mount the metal rod, place the right
press board (part no. 30) and the left press
board (part no. 31) on the base plate and
fasten the press boards with the bolts (parts
no. 23) from above and with the nuts from the
bottom.
5. Mount the grinding disc, as shown and place the
assembled grinding disc on the chuck of the drill machine.
Use grinding disc with the dimensions 100 x 3.2 x 10 mm.
Left-hand thread!
6. Mount the handle with the protective
cover (H) on the clamps, using the
screws. Arrange the grinding disc and
the protective cover so that the grind-
ing disc is located centrally under the
protective cover.
7. The chain saw sharpener is now
ready for use.
Please note! Before starting the unit, make sure the grinding disc is fixed firmly.
Never operate the unit without the protective cover.
Only operate the drill machine in clockwise rotation!
