Storing
Store the device only in that range of temperature. which is denoted in
Technical Data. If temperatures are too high or too low. the accuracy of
measurement is not given and it can cause mechanical damages.
Protect the device from dust and dirt.
Maintenance and Care
Clean the device with a smooth and dry linen cloth. If necessary. please
moisten it slightly.
Clean the lens of the infrared sensor only with a gentle air jet or. if the device
is more dirty. use a slightly moistened cotton stick.
Do not use any solvents. detergents. sharp edged objects and the like for
cleaning.
Remove batteries if the device is not in use (> 1 week). Empty batteries may
discharge and damage the device.
