Examples of Application
Using the Steam Gun (10)
Use the steam gun to eliminate odours and creases in clothing and curtains
and to straighten them. Hang up the cloth resp. curtain and apply steam with
the steam gun from a distance of 15 – 20 cm.
Remove dust from plants by applying steam with the steam gun from a
distance of 30 – 35 cm to the surface to be cleaned.
Use the steam cleaner to dust object with a damp cloth. Apply a small amount
of steam to the cotton cloth (20) or another suitable cloth and wipe over the
furniture.
Using the Detail Nozzle (16) and the Bend Nozzle (24)
Use the detail nozzle or the bend nozzle to remove stubborn dirt from hard to
read spots. The closer you hold the nozzle to the object you want to clean,
the easier it is to remove the dirt. As the steam pressure is very powerful from
the nozzle, you will be able to remove dirt from locations such as corners and
joints.
The detail nozzle and bend nozzle are perfect for cleaning tap fittings, drains,
wash-basins corners, WC, shower cabins, blinds and radiators. The nozzles
can also be used for cleaning stainless steel and enamel surfaces.
To remove stubborn stains caused by scale, apply vinegar on the surface and
leave it to soak for approx. 5 minutes.
Using the Floor Brush (17) and the Upholstery Nozzle (21)
Attach the large floor cloth to the floor brush resp. pull the cotton cloth over
the upholstery nozzle and wipe heavily soiled areas up and down so that the
steam has more time to act on the dirt.
The floor brush can be used for all washable wall and floor coverings. The
upholstery nozzle can be used for smaller, washable areas, such as tiled and
plastic surfaces, for furniture fabrics, windows, windscreens and for vehicle
interiors.
Using the Round Brushes (22 and 23)
Use the round brushes for cleaning individual joints. Attach the round brush on
the detail nozzle and directly steam on the surface to be cleaned. Rapid
scrubbing action removes even stubborn dirt or grease. After steam cleaning,
wipe the surface dry with a cloth to remove the dirt. Please note that silicon joints
should only be sprayed briefly with steam.
