Professional Rivet Nut Setter for Rivet Nuts M3 – M8
Dear Customer,
Please help avoid waste materials.
If you at some point intend to dispose of this article, then
please keep in mind that many of its components consist
of valuable materials, which can be recycled.
Please do not discharge it in the rubbish bin, but check
with your local council for recycling facilities in your area.
Set the tool up as shown below. Use the riveting head and threaded mandrel
suitable for the intended rivet nuts. Please keep in mind the riveting head and
threaded mandrel are installed with
left hand threads
.
The mandrel must be
screwed down all the way or the handles can not be opened.
One end of the
retainer is shaped as a suitable spanner. Set the stroke length of the tool according
to requirements by screwing the stroke adjustment screw in or out and secure it with
the locking ring. Spread the handles of the tool and fully screw the rivet nut onto the
threaded mandrel. If the rivet nut is not fully screwed onto the threaded mandrel the
threads may be damaged when the nut is set. Insert the rivet nut into a suitable hole
and bring the handles together to tension and set the rivet nut.
Notice: The tool has sharp edges! Please use care to not pinch yourself when
using it!
