5. To detach the suction cup first flip the lever on the suction cup
up, then use the lug on the suction cup to conveniently re-
move the cup from the windscreen.
Power Supply:
The dual camera can be operated from the build-in battery or
from the included adaptor.
Adaptor:
Insert the adaptor into the cigarette lighter or 12 V
socket in your vehicle and the micro-USB plug into the micro-
USB socket (15) on the camera. The camera will turn on as
soon as it is supplied with power and starts recording. When
the ignition is turned off, the camera saves the recording ant
then turns off.
Battery:
Fully charge the build-in battery before the first use
via USB. The battery requires a charging time of approximately
6 hours. To turn on the camera for battery operation, press the
ON/OFF button for at least three seconds. If no other opera-
tions are performed within 3 minutes, the camera will turn off to
safe power. Will a fully charged battery the camera will operate
for approximately 70 minutes.
The GPS Sensor
Attach the GPS sensor at a suitable place in your vehicle and
connect it to the GPS socket (14) on the camera. The GPS
Socket is located is under the side cover of the camera. The
function of the GPS sensor may be severely impaired inside
buildings like parking garages or underground, e.g. in tunnels.
To remove the cable press the safety lug on the plug with a
slotted screwdriver or other suitable instrument and pull the
plug.
