Mounting the Axle and the Stands
Mount the stands (5) on the wheelbarrow.
Hint: The holes for the knob screws have
to point to the opposite side of the axle
(see arrows).
First attach the angle bracket on the axle
and then attach the axle to the wheel-
barrow.
Attaching the Handle and the Push Bar
Mount the handle (3) to the axle (6) by using the suitable screws and
nuts (H). For the lower mounting point of the handle there are two
holes. According to the desired use of the wheelbarrow mount the
handle in an upright position or in the
inclined position. For fixing the handle use
the knob screws (A).
Mount the push bar (4) to the handle by
using the knob screws (A).
Installing the Wheels
After the wheels (7) have been slid onto the axle with
the included washer (D), secure them with the split
pins (C). Bend both ends of the splint pins outside.
If necessary pump up the wheels. Make sure not to
pump more than 2 bars.
After the assembly is complete, tighten all screws and check the
pressure of the tyres.
