Operation
Intended Use
The machine is intended for tacking of cardboard, insulating material,
fabric, foils, leather and similar materials on surfaces of wood or materials
similar to wood. The machine is not suitable for the attachment of wall and
ceiling panelling.
The intended use also includes an operation following the operating
instructions.
Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying force) or any
changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can lead to serious risks
and is regarded as use that is contrary to the intended purpose. The
operator is liable for any damage caused by improper use.
Before first Use
Remove the unit and the accessory out of the packaging. Keep packaging
materials out of reach of children. There is risk of suffocation!
Inserting Staples
This staple gun can drive staples 15 – 25 mm long and T-Nails 15 – 32 mm
long.
Please keep in mind that staples and nails must be suited
to the material they are used in. The harder the material
is, the shorter the staples or nails should be.
1. Unplug the unit before inserting staples.
2. Depress the grey security lever (6) at both sides of
the unit and pull out the magazine slider that is
attached to it.
3. Insert a strip of staples (max. 50 staples) with the clip
facing up into the magazine (see figure a).
4. Push in the magazine slider as far as it will go until
the security lever (6) audibly snaps in.
