Using
Before first Use
ƒ Unpack the torque wrench and check it for any damage in transit.
Dispose of packaging materials or store them out of reach of
children. Plastic bags etc. may become a deadly toy for children!
ƒ Remove the protection foil from the display.
Inserting/Replacing the Battery
Replace the battery of the device if the “LOW BATTERY” icon
appears on the display.
1. Remove the screw of the battery
compartment lid (6) and open the
battery compartment.
2. Replace the battery with a new
battery of the type CR2032 (3 V).
Pay attention to the polarity of the
battery. The polarity is printed inside
the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment with the lid and the screw.
Power On
ƒ Shortly press the power key (8) to switch on the digital torque
wrench. The LCD panel shows the previously set target torque
value and the corresponding measuring unit.
ƒ If you do not use the digital torque wrench for 60 seconds, the
system will automatically shut off.
