Safety Notes
Please note the following safety notes to avoid
malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the unit.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are
not allowed to use the unit, unless they are supervised and
briefed for their safety by a qualified person.
Do not use the cable reel if the unit is damaged. Check
thoroughly the cable reel before each use.
Do not insert the power plugs into the sockets or unplug with wet
hands.
Make sure the consumer load does not exceed 2000 W.
Do not cascade the cable reel and do not use the cable reel
covered.
Do not bend the cord and do not run the cord over sharp edges.
Keep children and animals away from the cable reel and make
sure the cord does not become a tripping hazard.
Do not use the cable reel in adverse ambient conditions such as
extreme heat, cold, high level of moisture and dust. Do not use
the cable reel close to solvents or combustible gases.
Immediately unplug from power mains if liquids enter the
housing of the cable reel. There is risk of fire or electric shock.
Do not pull on the cord to unplug but grasp the plug itself to
remove from power mains.
Do not disassemble the cable reel or try repairing it yourself. The
cable reel does not contain any parts serviceable by you. Should
the unit become damaged do not use it any further.
