Maintenance and Cleaning
Oil the blades with machine oil after cleaning and before using the hedge
trimmer again.
When cleaning or maintaining the hedge trimmer, first disconnect from power
mains. Do not pull on the cord but grasp the plug itself to remove from the
wall socket.
Remove dirt from the blades with a scrubbing brush or a churn brush.
Do not clean the housing with sharp detergent or aggressive chemicals in
order not to damage the surfaces. Use only a lightly moistened cloth for
cleaning. Clean the ventilation slots with a soft paint brush.
Store the hedge trimmer in a dry, dust-free and frost-protected place. Store
the hedge trimmer out of reach of children.
