Assembly and Using
For safe use, it is recommended fixing the base element (39) on a wooden
worktop. The worktop should have at least a thickness of 18 mm and a
minimum size of 60 x 30 cm.
For fixing the base
element on the
wooden worktop, use
the wood screws
(35). The included
metal screws (36)
and the M4 nuts (17)
as well as the
washers (32) are for
fixing the base
element on a metal
plate.
Connect the cross slide (40) with the
pusher (38). First screw the threaded
rod (21) into the knurled screw (3).
Screw both hex nuts (33) and one M8
nut (19), as shown in the picture and
connect the threaded rod w (21) with the
cross slide.
Mount the detent (5) on the longitudinal
slot of the cross slide. For tightening, use the
coach bolt M6x16 (13), a suitable washer (30)
and the wing screw M6 (11).
