Before first Use
The sausage filling machine is delivered partly assembled.
1. Before the first use, please clean all surfaces which may come into contact
with foodstuffs thoroughly.
2. Attach the crank (1) to the square end of the shaft and secure it with the
included hex bolt and washer (2).
Attaching the Sausage meat container
On the lower side of the sausage meat container are two metal pins (3) located
on the front and on the back.
1. Pull back the cog rail (4) to the rearmost position and insert the front pin into
the front slot on the base plate.
2. Now swing the container down until the rear pin is in the rear slot on the base
plate (Fig. B).
3. Now slide the retaining lever over the pin. The container is now securely
fastened on the base plate.
4. For safe working with the sausage filling machine, the machine should be
solidly fixed to its base. Use the included screw clamp (5). Place the upper
part of the clamp (5) in the indentation (6) of the base plate and fix it on the
desired base (e. g. table top).
Inserting the Sausage horns
Included are 3 sausage horns (7) with different diameters. The sausage horns are
attached to the container with the included screw ring (8).
Cleaning and Storing
Clean the sausage filling machine after each just with warm soapy water.
Do not use sharp detergent as these might damage the plastic surfaces.
Before storing the sausage filling machine, make sure the components are
clean and dry.
