Using
Hints for Igniting
For igniting and operating the BBQ set, only use quality products
(charcoal, briquettes and BBQ charcoal lighters).
Staple the charcoal or the briquettes in a pyramid-shape on the
coal rack.
Carefully and evenly pour some BBQ charcoal lighting fluid over
this pyramid.
Wait for approx. 60 seconds, then use a match to ignite the
pyramid.
Approx. 15 to 20 minutes later white ash shows on the burning
material. An optimal condition of the embers has been reached.
Distribute the burning material evenly in the boiler.
Before the first use it is advisable to heat the device for approx.
30 minutes.
Cleaning and Storing
Thoroughly clean the enamel pot resp. the fry pan after use with
water and conventional detergents.
Remove the ashes from the ash catcher (12) when the device
has cooled down.
Do not clean the housing when it is still hot.
