ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
4. Position a person on each side of the shell and one in the front. The persons on each side
should use a foot to hold the kicker panel against the frame as they begin to tip the shell forward.
All three persons should try to hold the panels tucked together as they carefully lay the shell down.
NOTE: NOTICE THAT THE SHELL HAS TWO DIFFERENT SIZE CASTERS. IT IS CRITICAL
THAT THE LARGER DIAMETER CASTERS BE ON THE LEGS DIRECTLY UNDER THE
PANELS AND THE SMALLER DIAMETER CASTERS BE UNDER THE COUNTER WEIGHT
FRAME.
7. Position a person on each side of the shell and one in the front. Carefully lift the shell upward until
the unit is resting on its casters again.
5. Using a ½" open end wrench or ½" ratchet, remove the 4" casters from the legs directly under the
panels, discard the hardware. Install the new 4" soft tread casters using the new 5/16" carriage
bolts and nyloc nuts provided.
6. Next remove the 3" casters from underneath the counter weight box, discard the nuts. Install the
new 3" soft tread casters with the new 5/16" nyloc nuts provided.
