ASSEMBLY

1. Insert the brake casters (2) and the regular casters (3) through the holes in the frame (1), making sure both brake
casters are on the outside edge with the handle. Fasten using washers (6), lock washers (5), and nuts (4).

2. Once the dollies are assembled, roll them along a surface to verify that all casters are secure and dollies roll freely.

OPERATION

1. Chock the wheels that you do not plan to put onto the vehicle dollies. This will prevent the vehicle from rolling
(chocks not included).

2. Jack up the car (jack not included). Place the dolly in position under tires and slowly lower the vehicle onto the
dollies. Make sure the handles are facing outwards to maximize accessibility.

3. To move a vehicle supported by four dollies, remove the wheel chocks, unlock the casters and use the handles
to slide the vehicle into place.

5. Once the vehicle is in place, lock the casters.
