28. Re-install the stepper motor. Do not forget to install the two screws (Fig. 7).
29. Re-assemble the generator.

1. Re-assemble the generator shells. 
2. If you chose to follow the optional step of removing the screws from the control panel housing and muffler 

cover (so the other half of the shell could move more easily), re-attach the control panel housing and 
muffler cover. 
1. NOTE: it is easiest to not tighten all screws all the way yet; wait until the rest of the components have 

been aligned. Then tighten everything down. 

3. Re-install the 4 screws removed from the handle in step 7 above.
4. Re-install the 3 screws removed from the generator shell in step 6 above.
5. Re-install the screws removed from the control panel housing and muffler cover in step above. Tighten 

all screws.

6. Replace the generator’s cover panel. Tighten the screws.
7. Re-connect the spark plug boot.
8. Replace the spark plug access panel and the oil access panel.
9. Make sure all hardware is tight.
