10. Remove the two screws from the stepper motor housing. See Fig. 7 below. Be careful to not drop the screws.
11. Gently pull the stepper motor out of the carburetor throttle. Set the motor atop the engine.
12. Remove the breather hose from the cylinder head and air duct – move the hose clips off the fittings and
remove the hose.

13. Mark the choke cable on either side of the choke post, using the permanent marker. Use a Phillips-head
screwdriver to loosen the choke screw. Slide the cable out of the post.
