Step 1: With the water supply
turned off, Remove the Sediment
filter by turning it to the left.
Note: Make sure after removing the filter,
the O-Ring remains in the filter and not on
the filter head.
Step 2: Remove this tube from the
manifold. Insert a one-foot to two-
foot length of ¼” tubing into the
manifold and a bucket.
Step 3: Insert the new Pre-Carbon
filter in the sediment filter location.
Turn on the water and flush for 5
minutes.

Step 4:
When the Pre-Carbon filter is
done being flushed, remove it
from the sediment filter location
and install it in the Pre-Carbon
location. Repeat step 3, but with
the post carbon filter.
Step 5:
When the carbon filters are done
flushing, they can be relocated
to their appropriate locations
and the original tube put back
into the manifold.
NOTE: make sure the unit is making
water before the unit is put back
together. The leak detector is a common
reason for the unit not to fill after a PM.

BIO-Sure+: 1 year or 750 gallons max
TCR Filter: 3 years or 2500 gallons max
