INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

A.

UNPACKING AND INSPECTION

     1. Carefully remove the ROTISSERIE from the carton.  Remove all protective plastic film,

packaging materials and accessories from the ROTISSERIE before connecting
electrical power or otherwise performing any installation procedures.

NOTE: 

 DO NOT discard the CARTON and other PACKAGING MATERIAL until you have

inspected the fryer for hidden damage and tested it for PROPER OPERATION. Refer to

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIM PROCEDURE

 on the inside front cover of this manual.

     2. Read all instructions in this manual carefully before starting installation of this rotisserie.

READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL LABELS  AND DIAGRAMS ATTACHED TO THE
ROTISSERIE.

     3. Carefully account for all components and accessories before discarding packing materials.

Store the accessories in a convenient place for later use:

SERVICE TECHNICIAN INSTALLATION NOTES

     1. Installation and start up should be performed by an authorized installation company.

Installer must complete the 

WARRANTY REGISTRATION 

 form, and  record  installation

particulars on the 

CUSTOMER SERVICE DATA

 form on page 11 of this manual.

     2. Verify that this rotisserie installation is in compliance with the specifications listed in this

manual.  THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INSTALLER.

     3. Certain codes require specific clearances to combustible construction, as well as specific

ventilation and access requirements.  It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INSTALLER to

check with the AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION, in order  to ascertain the applicability 

of these requirements to THIS SPECIFIC ROTISSERIE INSTALLATION.

C.

EQUIPMENT SET-UP

     1. Cooking and cleaning functions require unobstructed access.  DO NOT obstruct the oven door.

Setup the rotisserie only on a firm, level surface.

a.

Clearances must be at least 18 “ from the front and back (glass portions) of the
rotisserie, and 6” from the ends (metal portions).

b.

The area around  the rotisserie must be kept clear of combustibles.

c.

Keep the power cord away from glass door and display window.

     2. LEVELING:  Verify that the rotisserie sits firmly ON ALL FOUR LEGS.  With a spirit level, 

check that the rotisserie is level front-to-back and side-to-side. With the 

adjustablelegs, adjust as necessary to level the rotisserie.

     3. Cooking and cleaning functions require unobstructed access.  DO NOT obstruct the oven

door  or the servicing panel.
