Disassembly and Repair Procedures
Welch Allyn CP 100 and CP 200 Electrocardiograph
5.
Disconnect the paper detector harness
from the back of the printhead assembly.

Disconnect the ground connection using a
¼” nut driver. See
7.
Remove the 2 shoulder screws from the
opposite end of the printhead using a 3/16”
nut driver.
8.
Remove the 2 screws holding the Que
sensor Assembly. See
9.
Carefully remove the printhead connectors
from both ends of the printhead.

The printhead does not come with the Antistatic brushes. Order the Antistatic
brushes separately. See
