place of purchase. Contact After Sales Support at 866-558-8096. DO NOT use
substitute parts. Non-Welby bath chair replacement parts could cause personal
injury and damage the bath chair.

This product has a weight limit of 300 lb. (136 kg). DO NOT EXCEED.
WARNING:
DO NOT use this product as a transfer bench or climbing device.

Ensure all bath seat components are secure before each use.
