9.7 Removing and refitting fan wheel

Observe notes on servicing [ch. 9.1].

Removing

Place housing cover into service position [ch. 9.6].
Remove screws

and remove reducing ring

Remove grub screw

and remove fan wheel.

Refitting

Refit fan wheel in reverse order and

ensure correct alignment on the motor shaft

screw in new grub screw

turn fan wheel to ensure it moves freely.

9.8 Remove burner motor

Observe notes on servicing [ch. 9.1].

Remove fan wheel [ch. 9.7].
Unplug plug number 3 and 11.
Disc and - hoses.
Undo screws

and remove air pressure switch.

Hold motor and remove screws

Remove motor.
