Prüfen der Umlenk- und Laufrollen und deren Lagerstellen:
Alle Umlenk- und Laufrollen sind auf Abnutzung zu überprüfen.
Bei folgenden Mängeln sind die Teile auszutauschen:
• Flachstellen oder andere Abnutzungen an den Laufrollen des
Laufwagens.
• Zu großes Spiel der Rollen auf den Bolzen.
• Schwergängigkeit trotz erfolgter Schmierung.
• Prüfen der Umlenkrollen in den Endkappen (Einzelanlagen/Mehr-
feldanlagen) (Pict 12 und 13).
• Prüfen der Umlenkrolle und der Laufrollen am Laufwagen (Pict 14).
• Prüfen der Seilblöcke im Ausfallprofil (Pict 15).
• Prüfen der Distanzrohrhalter (Pict 16).
• Prüfen des Tuchwellenlagers und die Kopplungsstelle in den
(Pict 17 und 18).
Prüfen der Lagerstellen:
Zu überprüfen ist das Spiel der Bolzen in den Lagerstellen, sowie
die Leichtgängigkeit der Lager.
Prüfen des Tex-Seiles:
• Kastendach und Ausfallprofil öffnen.
• Seil auf der ganzen Länge auf Scheuerstellen überprüfen. Dazu
die Anlage auch ausfahren, damit das ganze Seil begutachtet
werden kann.
• Die Seilummantelung darf nicht beschädigt sein.
• Überprüfen der Seilendbefestigungen an der Seiltrommel und
an der Seilklemme im Ausfallprofil.
• Bei Schäden –> Seilwechsel.
Checking pulley blocks and rollers and their bearings:
All pulley blocks and rollers must be checked for wear. If any of the
faults listed below are visible the parts must be replaced:
• Flat spots or other wear on the carriage rollers.
• Too much play in the rollers on the bolts.
• Stiffness even after lubrication.
• Check the pulleys in the end caps (single units/multi-section
units) (Pict 12 and 13).
• Check the pulley and the rollers on the carriage (Pict 14).
• Check the cord blocks in the front rail (Pict 15).
• Check the distance bar bracket (Pict 16).
• Check the fabric roller bearing and the coupling point in the
centre plates (Pict 17 and 18).
Checking the bearings:
Check the play of the bolts in the bearings and the bearings for
easy movement.
Checking the Tex cord:
• Open top of casing and front rail.
• Check the entire length of the cord for chafing. To do this, also
open the unit so you can inspect the whole length of the cord.
• The cord sheathing must not be damaged.
• Check the ends of the cord where it is attached to the cord drum
and at the cord clamp in the front rail.
• If there is any damage, replace the cord.
