To earn activity
POINTS
values you must first reach a
‘Healthy’ level of activity. When you start walking with your
POINTS
Pedometer the screen will display the walk icon
and the progress bar will begin to fill up in half blocks. Once
you have filled up all 10 half blocks, “HEALTHY” will appear
on the screen and you will hear a ‘beeping’ sound.
You can now start earning your activity
POINTS
values.
The progress bar blocks will then clear and start filling up
and ½ an activity
POINTS
value will be earned after 5
blocks become completely filled.
Once all 10 blocks are completely filled, 1 activity
POINTS
value will have been earned.
Each time you earn 1 activity
POINTS
value, a ‘beep’ will
sound. The progress bar will then clear and begin to fill up
again as you keep walking.
